The Casey Key Association is comprised of homeowners who care about preserving and protecting the quality of life on our beautiful key. The CKA is not a homeowners association that proscribes rules and regulations; instead it is an informal social network that does advocate for property owners on issues that impact our rights. The CKA provides security services by hiring off-duty Sheriff's Deputies to patrol the Key and the majority of the dues pays for this service.

As a member you are entitled to attend the monthly Board meeting and the "Key Mingle" that follows at the Casey Key Fish House. You will receive the Membership Directory, regular email communications, as well as the hard copy "Keynoter" sent out quarterly. You can attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and are invited to the Spring Picnic. We invite you to join now and meet your neighbors who share a love of this bit of paradise.

The Association's purpose is to preserve the residential character and environment that make Casey Key attractive to those who live here and those who visit.

The major activities of the Association include:

• Promoting security and safety for residents.
• Representing our member interests to county officials and the surrounding community in order to maintain a high quality residential ambiance.
• Preserving the quality of the beaches and bays, and the health and vegetation and wildlife by advocating for environmental and conservation activities that are compatible with residential use.
• Developing a network of information, sponsoring community activities, and providing opportunities for volunteer services for Casey Key Association sponsored projects.
